Progress in a Week- Week 5

Week 5 is done. This week was anything but perfect. I missed a few workouts, doubled up on a couple, lacked on my meal plan. This is real life. I am trying to get back into the swing of things. 
Monday (2-12-18)
I was still really sore and needed one last rest day.

Tuesday (2-13-18)


Got it done after not working on for 5 days it was a hard.


Wednesday (2-14-18)
No excuses. I didn't press play

Thursday (2-15-18)
No Excuses still didn't press play.

Friday (2-16-18)
Ella was off school, went to workout with both kids. Got 20 minutes of AAA done before they started misbehaving.

Saturday (2-17-18)


Had plans in the afternoon but didn't use that as my excuse, used it as my motivation to get my butt in gear. Finished the rest of AAA I started the day before and did the scheduled Cardio.

Sunday (2-18-18)
Make-up day. Booty and Legs.

Some Food from last week:


Shrimp Stir Fry with Brown Rice


Heart shaped 3 ingredient pasta with ground turkey and homemade sauce


BJ's Brewhouse for dinner. Got Mahi Mahi Tacos and Bistro Grains


At home Valentine's Weekend dinner, Lobster Tail, Filet Mignon, and Asparagus



Week 6 Dinner Menu:

Monday- Ground Turkey Meatballs with zucchini and quinoa
Tuesday- Coconut Chicken with green beans and sweet potatoes
Wednesday- Burger and salad
Thursday- Crockpot Chicken with peppers and brown rice
Friday- Ella pizza reward??? 
Saturday- Ground Turkey Zoodles, tomatoes, beans/corn
Sunday- Chicken Stir Fry with leftover veggies
