TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY:::: in 2014 I was working out randomly, I was eating low fat and fat free, 100 calorie packs of snacks, I was a single mom, working 2 jobs and I really let myself go! I lacked confidence but I also lacked the drive to change but I was also not happy with who I was!
In 2015 I had my second baby- It was bad and I was +30 lbs overweight and I legit had ZERO energy and no confidence and no clothes that fit!!!
I was frustrated bc I had to worry about chasing after 2 kids, this added weight and how I was going to get it to come off and stay off.
I committed to 21 Day Fix, my coach helped me to change my habits and I started eating better quality of foods and learned how to fuel myself for energy and not comfort!
I said goodbye 👋🏻👋🏻 to those 30lbs and gained my life back! 👉🏻👉🏻 I could run and play with my kids- I was full of energy- I felt good in my own skin and I was proud that I was healthy for my family!
It's been almost 2 years since I started on my journey. I have lost 30 pounds and managed to kept it off. Yes I still have more weight to lose to get to my goal, but I know I can do it, I have to say I am hooked! Not a crash diet but a healthy lifestyle. 💋 You can do it too! --
